Randa Ghazy is an Italian-Egyptian journalist and writer based in London. She has published several books with the Italian publisher Rizzoli, includin... g Dreaming of Palestine at the age of 15, which has been translated into 16 countries. Her new book 'The West died in Gaza' is due to be published in May 2026 by the Italian publisher Solferino. She worked as a TV producer at the Pan-Arab network Al Araby TV and led the Gaza media response at Save the Children International. There, she served as the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe Media Manager for several years, deploying to cover the 15th anniversary of the Gaza blockade. As a freelance journalist and producer, she has collaborated with The New Arab,Vanity Fair, The Post Internazionale (TPI), Vice News and CNN International.
